The Lakes of Malaga, Andalucia, Spain

When most people think of Andalucia in the South of Spain, they will think of such as the Costa del Sol, sandy beaches and the blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a very different side to Andalucia, however, and venturing inland can introduce the curious traveller to scenic delights such as those afforded by the beautiful Lakes of Malaga.

If you venture even further inland, you could visit Lake Negratin, formed by a dam at Friela, the lake is around 17 k long and has its own beaches including a nudist beach.
